Hi all new to this forum not sure where to post this are if even allowed to on here.Feel need some advice got over my head into something dont understand looking for friends to chat with online someone messaged me asking about gaming online and chatted  a bit .We talked about family having problems when growing up learning about each other there lot trauma person saying felt connection to me wanting be more then just friend when time say all i wanted.They after relationship with me even saying come down to visit me and later on could move in them when we know each other.Person saying last relationships where violent and that have weapon in house to feel safe after break in.Not sure what to think have spoken this person for while they metioned have memory loss and see and hearing things is there any safe way to get know this person.

    If I understand this correctly, this is not the original reason you made contact? And so if their motivation was to have a relationship, then they connected with you under a false pretence. This is a red flag for me. Personally, this would be enough for me to end any further contact.

    It's important to remember that his is not how healthy relationships are formed. They are formed gradually over time and major relationship decisions about moving in with one another are made organically over time too.  So, for me this is another red flag and more than enough reason for me to stop any further contact.

    As for the rest of the things you mention, they are concerning too, but personally, the pressing you to have a relationship and to move in together would be enough for me to not want any further contact.

    If you do decide to meet this person, please tell a friend or a professional person where you are going, the name of the person you are meeting, and the give them the details of where you are meeting. Make sure you meet in the daytime in a public place. NEVER arrange to meet someone at their personal address. You may want to take a friend with you.

    Make sure you set a time limit on the meeting and have worked out an a way to end the meeting quickly if you do not feel comfortable. And never give anyone you don't know your own personal address.

    Something bit strange   person was attacked but still wanted meet me saying trusted me even saying meet me at my home .When metioned family member with me when meet them they didnt want anyone with me saying be to much stress.Think after last chat with person they metioned kept big knife felt scared night talking about how they  use on anyone may break in going into detail that keep well away from them.

    Yes, this is all very serious stuff. I would report it to the forum moderators at the very least and you might also consider reporting it to the the police.

    site bit weird where I met person from what i can see no system to report anyone on there on planet just crazy never experince anything can understand if place been broken into feeling venerable at night something can relate to on own sometimes night .But keeping knife incase someone break in so would escape house talking about how feel insecure  with glass door can be easily broken down until moves somewhere with people new place that more secure.
