Changing password - FAO Moderators

I did private-message 'admin' almost a month ago to ask if there a way to change my password on the site, but hadn't had a reply.  I'd also posted a thread but only had a member that wasn't an admin suggesting 'create a new account'.  There doesn't seem to be such an option under either 'Profile' or 'Settings'? The only other thing I did try was to click 'Forgot your password' on the sign-in page:

however that brought up the following error screen:

My browser is Firefox but I did try with Edge as well.

  • Thanks, however I've received the e-mails and followed the links, which once I'd typed it in twice, claimed 'Successfully changed' but when I came back to the sign-in, typed it in and it says 'Incorrect'.  Try the old one again (good job I do still know it) and I'm in!  It really needs to be looked at to put a change password button on the Settings page, as it is good practice for people to change passwords regularly.
