No crisps in the packet !

I have the mark on my head officially now, AUTISM !

The crisp poke has been finally opened, to find there is no autism crisps in the packet.

I have currently engaged with councils, courts, social workers, doctors and the NAS.

A long-story short,, NONE OF THESE organisations have clue about Autism and my day to day struggle, anxiety and long-term stress.

All looks grand on paper, but in reality on the ground,, there is no assistance, and that assistance which is offered is not the correct autism assistance, if you are on the rainman side of the spectrum with residential living, okay this maybe works,, but the rest of us,, are still drowning, helped also to drown by the "system" which is suppose to act as life savers.

The whole autism treatment system, is not working ! The NAS, why are you not taking the lead in treatment in all cases, as 80% of autism cases are just caught up in mistreatment , some of that at the hands of the NAS, no doubt.

Anyone got any answers, because the Autism sector is just a total joke !

    No answers sorry it's not working I agree.

    To cut straight to it i think the "lack of communication" is the biggest obstacle.

    For example - I read part of a letter from my "care team" at my GP app yesterday - firstly I thought they'd got my notes muddled up, then I realised they 'd totally misunderstoood me. I've had this before - sometimes it has been a misunderstanding, sometimes they have actually mixed me up with another patient. today i rang my "team" and asked for a copy of my last report so that I can see if it's realistic or not.

    I am pretty certain it is a fabrication...

    There are a lot of people being paid a lot of money to help us....
