The contract, for the sale of my family home and land, is ready now. My brother and I will sign it tomorrow afternoon at 2 pm; he'll be over tomorrow morning first, to avoid the worst of the traffic in Derry.
Hopefully, there won't be too many deductions. Though I have to pay for the survey of my new bungalow; but that will be deducted from the money transfer, once it happens.
All I need now is a solid foundation for the future. This has to last me the rest of my life.
