Just needing some advice

I have a 4 year old Autistic little girl we are currently living in a 2 bed flat. I am trying to move to a 2 bed house but can't find any private ones and my council band is only c.

my little girls bed is currently in my bedroom as her bedroom has a lot of damp and cracks in the walls. I have been on at the council for a while to come and do repairs but have been unsuccessful. I am wanting to know what is the best way of trying to get rehoused. As this flat is not fit for her anymore.

any advice would be great

house swap with someone else who is with the same council or housing society,

For the moment, if you can afford some kind charcoal filtration system it could be a little helpful. Apparently activated charcoal bags can help as well.

You could try explaining to a GP or specialist why this is unsafe for your daughter and you need to either be rehoused or have a repair.

I were the victim of a hate crime once and the police got housing services to prioritize me to move out away from the trouble. A GP or specialist may be able to speak with housing or refer you to someone who can to prioritize a move if the council can't make things safe.

As you know, they say health and safety comes first and it's a council and landlord's responsibility to make sure homes are kept in order.
