Frustration!!!!!

Hi, I just need to have a little RANT...

I phoned my doctors last Monday to make an appointment to see my GP! I understand its not a prioriy and I understand they may be busy! I wanted to discuss some issues I am having, mentally! I also wanted to get support and perhaps a talking therpy to get me in to a more understanding place.

The first available appointment (by phone) was for today, to which I accepted, I was told the GP would call some time after 8:30am... I am still waiting at 11:30am??

Its just that this has now started me to get to a frustration as I cant, go have a shower, or go do some chores I have planned to get done, etc! for stress ing that I will either miss the call or not be able to answer at the time? so I just have to wait...  It has started to throw me off balance mentally!  I get that they are busy I get it.. But could they not have been more speciffic with time and said between 8:30am and 10:30am for example, especially as it is to do with my ASD.. Routine and schedule to me is important!! Araghhhhhhhh!

  • Just had my phone call..... 17:10...   upshot is, after a 2 minute conversation! The Dr. Is going to write a letter to "Mental Health"?

    its not a mental health problem?? All I asked for was something like "autism specific" CBT or something similar, to help me understand things etc.. Or am I not understanding something here???

    My mind is generating anxiety now!!!!!! sorry guys, just need to vent a little!

    I feel the same way about waiting for phonecalls and emails.

    My solicitor is on Annual Leave until Thursday, and the solicitor acting on behalf of the bank can't disclose the information about the delay in drawing a contract to sell my home and land.

    I had to depend on the Food Bank today, and need to depend on others to cover for upcoming direct debits. Pi$$es me off, big time.
