Frustration!!!!!

Hi, I just need to have a little RANT...

I phoned my doctors last Monday to make an appointment to see my GP! I understand its not a prioriy and I understand they may be busy! I wanted to discuss some issues I am having, mentally! I also wanted to get support and perhaps a talking therpy to get me in to a more understanding place.

The first available appointment (by phone) was for today, to which I accepted, I was told the GP would call some time after 8:30am... I am still waiting at 11:30am??

Its just that this has now started me to get to a frustration as I cant, go have a shower, or go do some chores I have planned to get done, etc! for stress ing that I will either miss the call or not be able to answer at the time? so I just have to wait...  It has started to throw me off balance mentally!  I get that they are busy I get it.. But could they not have been more speciffic with time and said between 8:30am and 10:30am for example, especially as it is to do with my ASD.. Routine and schedule to me is important!! Araghhhhhhhh!

  • ah i get that with deliveries too, especially because my dad orders loads of stuff and gets like 100000 deliveries per week that he expects me to stay in constantly looking out of the window and listening at the door all day for and gets annoyed when i miss one and thinks i missed it on purpose. tells me delivery tommorow, but oh no its not tommorow turns out to be day after... or omething daft like delivery between 9 in morning and 5 in after noon, totally very specific lol
