God-willing, August will commence in my new home; the bungalow I paid a holding deposit to get. (my uncle's cheque, but I'll pay him back)
The requested Death Certificates were ordered, and the first one arrived today. The Bank's Solicitors are the ones digging their heels. My friend from Belfast, who works at Stormont, said that she studied Law while living in London and that Land Law is an abomination. Regulation is a hindrance for me, not a help.
But I'm glad that I remained proactive throughout the time. Just hope, and pray, that's the last of the bureaucratic hurdles to jump.
