I'm not oppressed

I'm a Catholic from Northern Ireland, born and bred in a Farming Village. But all my relatives are Teachers, Nurses, Site Foremen, Plumbers, Builders, Shopkeepers and Budding Entrepreneurs.

I'm not oppressed.

I don't want a United Ireland, because I tried going down that Political Road; and came out beaten, battered and bruised. (metaphorically) For all our issues, most people get along fine. Take Politics out of the equation, we would - by-and-large- have consensus in Northern Ireland.

Britain helps those who help themselves.
