If I don't receive the money from the sale of my home and land within the next week, I'll be in debt. Yet, there is another legal holdup. A brother and sister of my Grandfather had rights of way, and the Bank's solicitors may require death certificates for the two. The sister lived locally, before her death, but the brother lived in Coventry. I'm being proactive, but was pissed off with all this BS!

I visited my Artist Friend today, then got £30 of diesel on the way back. While I applied the fuel, there was a McDonald's ad with 'True'  by Spandau Balet, then an Eighties Diet Pepsi add with Michael J Fox. The last thing I needed to see were commercials on the fuel screen while putting in diesel.

My life seems hopeless. The miracle MUST come ASAP! If not, f**k this!

    One of the family history search engines might help , you can see the cert then you have all details to order .  I have a share in a distant relatives will at the moment ,the solicitor took 5months to apply for probate ,all they had to do was fill a form out !. But it will happen in the end .

    I got the address of my Granddad's Brother from the relative I have on Facebook, she lives in Arklow; County Wicklow.

    I double-checked the Postcode with Google Maps, and there are two possible options. I mentioned both of them in the email to my solicitor.

  • Solicitors are a law unto themselves. The  sensible thing would be to have a list of things they need at the start ,but they tend to add bits as they go along .I think it is just a power thing ,they like to make people think they are actually needed or doing some thing.  90% of the time you can do it yourself . You just got to play the game keep smiling ,then you get there in the end
