don't know where to turn autism team won't help

I'm new here first of all thank you for letting me join i keep having these violent mood swings people end up getting hurt or things get damaged i was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome in 2005 at age 25 i was getting help but it all of a sudden stopped and since then i have been lied to by my autism team and i just don't know what to do

i understand your dilema. I am sure you just want some help to deal with your mood swings rather than spending your energy on chasing people who should know better.

I am no expert but have you tried therapeutic music? CBT, mindful meditation? I have some of these resources i can share if you are interested? Also do you have close friends and family you can speak to?
