hi my name is harry i am a 22 year old male i have autism and i struggle with noise in the community epically children crying i was wondering if you know of any services in the Derbyshire area as this is impacting on my life and stopping me from goin out into the community thanks harry

Hi Harry,

I struggle with noises in the community too. I have only recently been diagnosed (I’m almost 18) so am figuring things out. I have found that playing music I like really helps block out the noises, or noise cancelling earbuds.
