Did my post about smoking break rule 11 in your opinion?

Morning guys,

so my post about smoking weed as an autistic person was taken down because I apparently broke rule 11 'Posts which are deemed by the moderation team to be promoting illegal activity or putting a person at risk will be deleted without warning'

There was nothing in that post which promoted any kind of illegal activity and I fail to see how that would be putting anyone at risk.

Just wanted you're opinion if you remember my post of you think that's a valid reason to take it down.

I won't be offended I'm not the kind of person be honest with me lol

I did email them back arguing back just seems very weird to me

  • Since weed is illegal in the UK unless it's for (official) medical use, my guess is this would be the reason for taking the post down. I believe this is a valid reason, especially on a forum run by a charity like this one.

My personal opinion isn't really relevant here because of this. But I'm open to being around people who discuss things like this. That's because I have the ability to understand what weed is and make a relatively informed choice whether to partake or not. Not everyone on this forum will be like that, and I don't think discussions of things that are currently illegal on a charity forum makes them look good. So, the decision seems fair.

But, don't take it personally. If you want to explore the topic - you just need to find another place to discuss it.

  • I'm in a meeting of 250 people    ,,,,, they're saying good things about my team

Nothing like adding something useful.   Disappointed

  • didnt even see it  ----- I'm in a meeting of 250 people    ,,,,, they're saying good things about my team  Slight smile right back to work

  • Not sure they didn’t say I don’t see how it’s putting anyone at risk or promoting illegal activity people are talking about suicide I would argue that’s putting people more at risk especially if you’re suicidal you wouldn’t want to see people talking about it

  • I thought it was a brave post - and I half expected it to be deleted.     I wonder if the mods were just looking or if it was reported?
