I really really struggle

I guess the first question is how aware are you that they are inappropriate? We've all made gaffes we didn't mean to.

If you are aware but are feeling a tourette's type compulsion, are you able to re-direct them? Say, a little action figure or something on your desk you could shout it out to instead.

Maybe you have Tourette's?

many would be the same here, everyone here has probably been banned from every social media for posting wrong speak lol
hell i just got a perma ban from facebook which i thought they didnt do but i guess since they wanted to get rid of trump they rolled out perma bans now that can apply to everyone.
