STRESS IS GOOD !

I have concluded that stress forms from disliking something, an unpleasant experience.

Hate is long-term cycle of disliking caught in a loop of dislike.

Resentment is long-term hate by disliking by the stress about anticipating the dislike(stress)

I think the primary stressor is disliking, which overtime is habitual hate and resentment of the object or subject in question.

The question I would like to raise,, how do you stop disliking ? and reducing the stress reaction and long-term cycle.

LIKE, LIKE, LIKE, LIKE, LIKE .., LOL Laughing hee hee

Any thoughts

  • Easy, that explains why I go for lots of walkings and end up running away or flighting as a coping strategy.

Switching your attention is hard, when if you take your eye of the ball,, you feel vulnerable,, because the spider is still in area so to say, but you don't know were now.

I think telling yourself it doesn't matter will not work as it does matter and that is surpressing thoughts, which catch up with you long term.

I think teaching myself to refocus into a like area or activity maybe the best strategy for me, people normal do this anyway,, I think with autism we can get negative attached into areas because it is familiar, although negative.
