Hello
My name is Alicja Nocon and I am an autistic postgraduate student at the University of East London. I am looking to involve autistic/Aspie adults in my research study as part of my Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I am hoping to publish my research in an academic journal.
*** Dear moderator - I received an approval from Ian Dale, NAS Head of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation to post this ***
The purpose of the study is to understand the role of humour and other personal strengths in supporting and increasing wellbeing and resilience in autistic/Aspie adults - it's a fun and positive study. It involves participating in a 7-day "three funny things" activity and completing two surveys, one before and one after the funny things programme. Instructions for the activity will be provided and participants will receive a few nudges by email to help them remember about the activity and stay motivated.
For more details, please refer to the participant sheet (https://uelpsych.eu.qualtrics.com/CP/File.php?F=F_eRGtHAnfvduO20e)
