I'm getting a lot of calls about insulation and heating at the moment because I am moving house so they have got my number somewhere.  I am registered with TPS but still get calls but my question is how do you handle the sales pitch as it is all designed for you to say yes and as people pleasers I think it is very hard for Autistic people to say no.

Does anyone have any suggestions other than simply hanging up?

  • ask them where they got your tel number because they are breaking the law if they got your number illegally under GDPR laws. 

    "I didnt give u my number u are breaking GDPR laws ,,,,, "    see if that helps 

    i am assuming u arent in the public  telephone books because if u are them anyone can ring you.
