Anyone else around? I have insomnia and have not been able to sleep because of things going on.

Wondered if anyone was about.

  • Hi, insomnia veteran here.  

    Once again I couldn't get to sleep, I ended up back at my TV watching late night/early morning, 'A touch of frost' and DVD, 'IT crowd'.

    When I finally got to sleep after 3am it was full of nightmares all about money problems, the only detail I remember is being hounded by the tax people for extra tax on a work perk that I didn't use because I didn't know it even existed.  This perk was: I was entitled to half price coffee at a bus station coffee shop while waiting for a very early morning bus to work.
