So this has only been a recent thing that's been happening to me, on and off for maybe the last 3-6 months and it's started again today.
I get smells stuck in my nose, and sometimes it's not bad if it something nice (obviously) but last night my step dad was smoking and the the wind was blowing it blew the smoke into the house and I could smell it, now today I've got this horrible cigarette smell stuck in my nose and I can't get rid of it, I've opened all the doors and windows, spray anti odour spray, had two showers and used lots lots of extra soap to see if that works but it's not working.
I've looked it up and I came across the term Phantosmia which is basically olfactory hallucinations but it's only been happening recently and I've never experienced it before.
I know this is a bit of weird/random one just curious.
