Hi does anyone know of any help towards filling in this form . My 23 year old daughter has recently had a psychiatrist diagnosed ADHD and Asperger which she scored very high on the scale . She doesn’t live with me and is basically couch surfing. She struggles with everything, has lost every job she’s ever had and even rooms I’ve rented for her in house shares have gone wrong for her . She is really going to struggle to fill in form and won’t let me help as she grew up 100 miles away from me and would just see it as me interfering or trying to control. Any advice would be most welcome.
