Zen is a branch of Buddhism--- and, is like a way to live your life.
it is very difficult but very simple at same time
it starts with the idea that everyone is perfect but most people cant see that
Zen removes the clouds( thoughts ) in your mind so u see more clearly your own perfection
Zen practise consists of Meditation, self examination, mindfulness living, and reading Buddhist texts
Zen teaches you the problem is not someone else or something else.
The problems and the solutions are within you and its up to u to fix yourself !
in short you are already perfect , I am already perfect , we are all already perfect, we just cant see it, yet
me I am improving because i am continuing in with my Zen way
i love charity shops because they are recycling stuff
i look for books to read
i also look for clothes
yesterday there was an 18 yr girl dressed in 70 style bell bottom jeans ( modern copies ) and hippy top and long hippy hair
she was looking for real 70s 80s style clothes being handed in, which happens.
how are I ?
I doing great improving every day ( due to Zen )
have u been in contact with your family ?
good to know you are losing weight
still want to join the police ?
BTW, creating your own website shows u have abilities so that was good to see
yes, I have a few new teddy bears since we spoke last!
what do you love most about charity shops?
No, I am currently single
My mental health is doing lots better
I am losing the weight I want to be losing
Don't you worry, I am doing it in a safe way.
How about you?
How are you?
it is in a moulded plastic cast, and has a pin coming out of it.
Its a bit painful but I am on prescribed opiates to keep me calm .
Its healing so it will be OK the big downer is I cant drive at all.
but the charity shops all opened today, so that cheered me up.
I love charity shops.
tell me how u're doing ?
anything new with you ?
new boyfriend/girlfriend, dog, cat, or teddybear ?
Have u been out much ?
Is your mental health improving ?
