Can a moderator help me? I have a problem

Hi,

I usually use the community on my phone but for whatever reason I don't get the full functionality of the forum such as friend requests and direct messages. Someone added me as a friend recently so I've logged onto the community via my laptop and I immediately saw that I had an alert saying my account has been flagged up as inappropriate and I had until 17th March to appeal this or my account would be removed. As it is 22nd March the appeal has now expired. 

I can't actually see WHY my account was flagged as inappropriate and I really don't want to lose my account :( I don't understand what I could have posted which has caused an issue? 

Can a moderator help me understand this?

    I'm afraid I'm not sure what's happened there - as far as I can see your account isn't in moderation and hasn't been reported, so I don't know why you would have received this message. Would you be able to post a screenshot of it (cropping or blanking out any identifying information like your email address)?

    I have passed this on to the community manager to have a look at and we'll make sure you don't lose your account!

    Edit: If you could please email community.manager@nas.org.uk, they will be able to help you directly to see if we can sort this out for you.
