I met this Canadian woman in 2013 at an event in Bristol, then we semi-kept in contact online. However, in today's post, I got a gift from her. A St. Patrick's Day hat and t-shirt. I'll be posting a postcard to her to say 'Thank You!' I told her that my home and land have been bought for seven figures (Sterling) and that it was the Farmer who had used our land who bought it. He just got the cattle back in the fields today.
It's funny how things work. The guy who changed the rear tyres on my new car said that the whole village knows who bought my place. But I won't be heading too far away.
