quiet day. 2 meditations. read a Zen book just another chapter. did a  bit of gardening. working tomorrow.

Volunteering and finished a few embroidery pieces this week. I also completed some uni work

1 hour round trip to town ,forgot my wallet ,try again tomorrow.

It has certainly been quite a cold April

Today was another Survivor Immunity Challenge for my Sensory Issues.

I went to a, recently opened, Café to buy a soda sandwich. Then there were TWO temporary traffic lights on the way over, as well as a Tractor towing stones; with debris. In the end, I went a roundabout way home, and it was pi$$ing rain and down to THREE Celsius.

Fortunately, it has warmed up now.

Weighed myself this afternoon, as I felt lucky. I lost three pounds.

I viewed a place for sale a mile away from where I live. That's the place I want. Hopefully, my Aunt-in-Law won't put the scud on it.

I couldn't even find bed-bugs.

yes always put your car in gear.  I once parked my car in a street in belfast,,   no handbrake and not in gear. I came back after a days work,, 

 the kids where pushing it back and forth without hitting any other cars ! . Just a wee game Mister !

MRSA, C-Diff and Covid?  

Yesterday, my car went through the gate; I forgot to apply the electric handbrake. Then I learned to apply first gear whenever I'm parking.

Today, I posted my birthday gift for my brother. He'll be 32 next Wednesday.
