Only just joining this thread. It's nice to see what people have been up to Did mindful eating for tea. .. Ate my meal in 23 minutes instead of the usual five.
i am starting to do the same now i slowed down eating some hot cross buns today :) My walking meditation is slowing way down as well, automatically, not consciously.

Don't think I could mindfullly eat a hot cross bun! Thats good when your mindfulness becomes more automatic.
