Had a busy day - up early to prepare my body for going out - went to a friend's to pick up a vinyl turntable - it's a 100 mile round trip test for my body - had a good chat but had to be home in time for a scheduled telephone call from MacMillan's - picked McD for lunch on the way home. Grand Mac ticks the box every time.
