had house viewing went well offered asking price ,but wife said worth more ,as only had one viewing and her friend who sells houses has said it worth more. Nice people very polite. All really affected me felt sick and throat closed up, so went to bed at 6pm, got up at 2am feel much better ,just go with flow and see what happens ,money sucks . money =pain x c squared
