I was a bit hyper to fall asleep, then woke at 5am:(
Did Strength & Conditioning with MGG; started work on time (whoop), was productive, though I was fidgety and some of it was hard; went for some run training; just ate; now got a Zoom call with a mate who we're maybe interested in recruiting.
