Started new job role today. Realised that after working solo for so long with minimal supervision I'm going to need to adjust my strategies a bit to handle meetings and the varied pieces of work which will be coming in. Also recognising that it's easily to get distracted by "upcoming work" by thinking about it too early. Proud - because I actually parked a task today instead of feeling I had to finish it before I logged off.
