spent 3 days chopping, sawing, chainsawing, splitting firewood for next year. Also chipping the branches for the compost heaps. Wore my ear defenders with builtin radio for 3 days solid.
i hand saw a lot as i am scared of my chainsaw. and am anti the petrol industry as much as possible so its slow going and I sorta enjoy it ( creating my own heat source ). I just about make enough firewood for each year.
