Good day! Out of bed at 7, whoop, did some Strength and Conditioning with Mr Great Guy, got to work a bit late, productive, managed to take a packed lunch, meetings all aft, did a run training session (hills), home, eaten, and few hoyrs before bed to be happy (and ideally wash some dishes).
