I went for a 16k run with my New Special Interest friend. And we agreed a common objective together for May that we can train towards, and talked about some running commitments for the next few weeks.
I also agreed two get out of bed runs with a friend, I found getting out of bed last week really really hard Weds-Fri, tho also had a cold.
I made good progress on assembling my thoughts about what I want to say to MGG. I really want to finish that tmrw and get it done with.
I had a 3 hour work meeting 5-8 which was ok.
I kept my calories down, didn't have a beer, wrote some small gentle targets for the week given I'm feeling fragile. For a day where I'm feeling fragile I got some stuff done.

I do a lot of gaming, including occasionaly one of many FPS games, and if you do not move sideways, you die, I tend to go rightway around more often then leftway :P

Hmm, i'm not that fast! I just like fell running, or road running and chatting. One physical activity a day transforms my life. People think i'm sporty but i'm not, i'm just keeping myself going through it.
