  • I'm not doing so well at the moment. My drinking is really bad, today I only had three drinks and I feel sick and faint on and off. I'm not eating either, I'm given food and then I throw it away. I've got voices telling me not to eat and they've told me to hurt people as well now.

    I'm hoping tomorrow will be a lot better. :(
