I've drafted Mr GG a letter and feel loads better (it's been an emotionally rough day and tough week).
I slept in (positive); am losing weight (whoop); went for a bike ride with a friend along the sea in glorious weather and had a good chat; spontaneously bought a mountain bike off him (great deal and been wanting one); got advice on mud guards for my road bike (exec function overcome); talked to someone about shelving (only taken 2+ years;>); and arranged a morning run cos otherwise i'd mope in bed.
So a hard day emotionally, but won it over.
