I never heard of this diet - but I swear by eating oily fish, it takes about 4 or 5 weeks eating every other day, or every day if you can afford it, before you start feeling better within yourself. I definitely feel less stressful and less enclosed. My theory is that fish of a certain size are constantly in danger 24 hours a day and evolution means they have learned to adapt by producing certain hormones/chemicals etc.. which prevent them from being so stressed and keeps them alert - because as you know stress leads to making mistakes therefore the fish who were the most stressed got eaten more than those who were more relaxed and alert, so the genes of the eaten fish were not passed on. Anyway if might be the omega 3, but whatever it is, eating oily fish does work. One test proved it lowered stress hormones and increased anti stress hormones and another interesting study with childred showed good improvement in their brains and its been proven by scientists to improve blood flow in the brain !
