I am commited to finding help but i would not be so foolish as to trust in charlatons as you have previously suggested

I am in no way implying that you would knowingly trust charlatons.

However, the people that sell these diets and information about these diets use very sophisticated marketting to sell their products.

Might I suggest that you read the following Wikipedia page on the GFCF diet:

    en.wikipedia.org/.../Gluten-free,_casein-free_diet

and that you pay particular attention to the Effectiveness, Saftey, and Practicle Implementation sections of the page, as well as this sentence, in the introduction paragraph:

A study by the University of Rochester found "eliminating gluten and casein from the diets of children with autism had no impact on their behavior, sleep or bowel patterns"

Now, that's not to say that a GFCF diet will definitely not help your son - if he has a gluten or casein intollerance then it most certainly would - however it would be wise to first establish if this is in fact the case, and procede from there. Your GP should be able to help you with that.
