Panic behind the wheel

Today, whenever I was heading home from a USEL Job Club in Portadown, I was held back by an old man cycling. I passed him at the brow of a hill; only God's grace prevented me from causing a collision with the car the other direction.

Then, I was beating myself up - hearing a friend who would panic about me being in danger inside my head - and nearly had another collision with a lorry at Tamnamore Roundabout - when I left the M1 - and I was freaking out. However, I got home safely. I did breathing exercises when driving home.

I'm back in 'Hell is other People' mode, again.

  • Thanks, everyone.

DVLA already know about my Asperger's Syndrome and Mental Health Challenges. But it was just one of those days.

From now on, I'll do that Job Club over Microsoft Teams. However, there may be a Circuit-Breaker Lockdown here in Northern Ireland. The decision will be finalised tonight.
