NHS Carers Direct are releasing a series of films following Jasmine and her family. Jasmine is 16 and has autism, scoliosis, dyslexia and dyspraxia.
An episode a day is being released leading up to the lead up to World Autism Awareness Day, which is this Saturday April 2nd.
