I worry about the direction we are heading.

This won't end until we reach rock bottom. Our eternal 'Us and Them' mindset is exploited. We must pray for our enemies.

I'm ignoring the news and Social Media. I don't want to be antisocial anymore. There is a life to live.

  • Withdrawal for contemplation and inner study is part of how we will progress, I believe. I've been reading a collection of short stories called That Glimpse of Truth, as chosen by David Miller.

    So far I've read stories from the Bible, Aesop's Fables, Charles Dickens, Gustave Flaubert, the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, Miguel de Cervantes and Nikolai Gogol.

    Each one teaches me something new.
