Next time you are struggling in a social situation or environment, write down what is affecting you in small micro detail..ie the disharmony fields, it gives a clearer picture of the behaviour environment, which can be used as a template for the next visit. Your anxiety knows what it is anxious about, making the uncertain certain...
This may sound funny to some,, but I found that a person sniffing every so often was the anxious point without me knowing it. Now, I know all the annoying behaviours of that person(no names mentioned, lol),, it helps me.
Stupid things little there face shape,,is one also. Sorry, but it affects me but at least I know how and have a better framework of reference, than just looking at there face and being scared.
