Any thoughts on how to deal with a world of social actors which run the crowd world ?

Social acting is societies way of living, the person becomes a social actor, empowered or depowered depending on how they view it, they put on a mask, know there stage talk, use there props and the drama it brings,, say a policeman, doctor,, and role play of an illusion. In reality people are just people, but not in a social order games of the illusion.

Give me an example? Doctors are doctors by profession but in a social context they wouldn't be doctors, would they? If the doctor goes to a night club when she's off duty, she will be like everyone else in there, nobody will know - or care - if she's a doctor. So in a social context she will be shy/talkative/popular/pretty/fashion conscious etc and not whatever her profession is? So I don't quite understand what you mean unless you can give me a more specific example?

  • Maybe we have learned a different social script as Scropian said " quote

One problem with those distinctions, hohner.

Many Aspies adopt "masks, jive talking, drama and social actor positions" too...

I just feel I don't live in the same world as anyone else,, may be we don't and Autism is just closer to the truth of reality, wild horses could not drag me onto there acting stage, were the people are ALL FALSE minics.

What is a social actor? Do you mean body language?

  • I try to avoid them as much as possible.

depends what you want, if you want money and power you have to deal with them,

if you want peace, awareness and a clear mind avoiding them is useful.
