Hi. Currently 25 years old IT professional and part time DJ. Obviously at the moment pretty busy with IT as I work for local government and can’t do my usual weddings because of CV.
Over the past 7/8 years I’ve had the occasional twitch and sometimes flashbacks to scenarios in the past starting from a young age where I could have handled it differently. Sometimes these happen up to 10 times a day and sometimes I can do months without.
Is this usual for me to encounter these “episodes”??
