Hi everyone
I'm a newbie here. My 8yr old little girl has recently been diagnosed. So it's all new to me. So Alice has always been very fidgety and with lockdown although I'm keeping her super busy along with my other three little ones I've noticed she is super fidgety, she can't sit still at all and it's exhausting her. Can anyone give me any advice
