Anger and Violence and Autism

Hello everyone I have an 8 year old boy with Autism and he has the biggest heart and is amazing but for some reason he focusses all his anger at his 9 year old sister and is violent with it. He genuinely doesn't seem to want to be violent but can't help himself and he has now started the same pattern with a sweet younger girl at school because she is the only one that actually plays with him. Please help with advice
