Thought it would be nice to share some of the amusing aspects of ASD - Ds has had some corkers recently :)

Had a moment last night whereby he called downstairs "mummmmm ive got hiccups"... my completely thoughtless response was "okay go back to bed and hold your breath..."

5 minutes later.... "mummmmmmm i cant catch it!!!!"

Soooo cute :) and makes you realise just how much absolute gibberish we talk sometimes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • On my 7th birthday I had lunch with my Grandparents at a hotel in Ryde on the Isle of Wight. They treated me to lots of food - I just remember the sausages and chocolate trifle- and I was having a great time. But we outlived our welcome  and the hotel owner said , 'if you don't hurry up I am going to kick you out of here - we are closing''. I thought that he would physically use his foot to kick us out and I got really scared, hiding under tables and running out onto the balcony to escape him. He was, in fact, joking.
