Does anyone know if there are any Autism groups in Lancashire? I don't really go anywhere by myself (Lack of funds), and I want to "Get out there".

Here on the NAS site we have an Autism Services Directory which lists various types of autism-related services around the country, which you can find here: https://www.autism.org.uk/directory.aspx
You can use the search and filter functions to find specific services in your area of the country, for example this should link to social groups in the Lancashire area: https://www.autism.org.uk/directory/browse/cid=84~aid=329/search-results/pg=1~sid=2384705.aspx although you may want to look at other types of support groups or befriending services as well. Hopefully you can find something useful here.
