I’m leaving shortly to go to The Big Bead show with my eldest (21) because we’re both into making jewellery. I just wondered what type of shows/conventions/exhibitions other people in here enjoy going to, or would like to go to?

  • One or two of my tiny postcard sized collages will, hopefully be appearing in the Bethlem Gallery Art Fair which is on from 22nd Nov till 20th Dec. All money from the sale of my pictures goes to the Maudsley Hospital Charity.The Gallery/Museum is well worth visiting because as well as the temporary exhibitions they have their permanent exhibits about the history of Bethlem Hospital and how patients have been treated over the years.

    I think it’s amazing that you are able to create such small collages Slight smile Great for you that you’ll have them on display at the gallery! Incidentally I was diagnosed at the Maudsley, so it’s definitely a worthwhile charity to support Slight smile I might have to pop along to the gallery next time I’m down that way as I like historical exhibitions.
