The Equalizer

For those that have watched the original 1980's series of The Equalizer (Starring Edward Woodward), has anyone else had the fantasy of becoming a person like the character of Robert McCall, to neutralise all that is wrong in current society? There are numerous places that such a person would be welcome. This is just hypothetical of course. Even though such a person would be welcomed by current society.

  • The problem with this type of character is that right and wrong is very fluid - is robbing a drug dealer bad?   It means that your view of how the world *should* be is going to be very different from someone else's.      Everything depends on your point of view and whether you're at the bottom looking up at injustice or at the top looking down on crime.
