IMO I blame the Conservative party, they are completely against looking after the most vulnerable of society.

How can someone die and not be found for nine months?
I'm in a similar position with unable to pay rent and benefit problems. But when I'm short with a rent payment. The letting agency gets in touch within two days, phone calls, emails, personal visits, threats of eviction, they don't ignore me or forget about me.
