It was a few weeks, can't remember exactly (got diagnosed in Feb this year). I only remember my follow up was 4-5 weeks after the assessment and I had the report by then because we talked a bit about it, but I don't think it was much before.
But I also got a letter confirming the diagnosis in more basic terms only a few days after my assessment (a 'to whom it may concern' sort of thing to give to random people like uni and employers). I asked for one so I had something immediately on paper, and they were happy to sort that out.
